Applications are being accepted for part-time Service Workers. Applicants could possibly work between 19-30 hours per week. The positions are contractual with no benefits.  Applicants will be responsible for a variety of manual labor activities to include cleaning assigned areas by washing furnishings, tile, fixtures, equipment windows, blinds, shades and floors; dusts and polishes specified areas and/or furnishings; moves office furniture and equipment to designated  areas. Performs other related duties as assigned. Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations required. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to operate  assigned hand and power tools and equipment required.  Must be able to perform physical work requiring bending, stooping, reaching, carrying, and frequent heavy lifting and to work in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to wear and work in personal protective equipment. Valid drivers license required.
