Undergraduate Employment Opportunity

Part time employment opportunities are available to work with University of Maryland on the Eastern Shore.  Research is being conducted on several ditch-drained marshes at Deal Island and the E A Vaughn wildlife management area.  The students will have the opportunity to work with researchers from the MD Department of Natural Resources and faculty and graduate students from the University of Maryland.  We are seeking reliable students with strong fieldwork skills. Field work is physically demanding and requires that the employee be comfortable working in the marsh often under harsh conditions. 

Applicants will be asked to start as soon as possible.  Continued employment into the fall 2013 and beyond may be available. Own transportation is a plus.  Competitive salary.
