The Drug Information Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 4 PM. The Drug Information Center is closed for national and University recognized holidays. Please note that all requests received after 4pm Monday through Friday, on weekends, and on holidays will be returned the next business.
Messages may be left for non-urgent questions. Every effort will be made to respond to all questions in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. Someone from the drug information center will notify you as soon as possible about the status of your request. Questions related to overdose or poisoning should be directed to the Maryland Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222.
