Effective July 2, 2012, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and SCRIP-SAFE International will be partnering to provide twenty-four hour access to an online transcript ordering service through a secure website.
Cost of Official Transcripts:
The University of Maryland Eastern Shore will not charge for standard processing of transcript requests. However, SCRIP-SAFE charges a $3.00 processing fee for each transcript requested. Current, other students and alumni will be able to request Same Day processing for an additional $10.00 fee.
Fedex Express Two or Three Business Days $15.00
Transcript(s) received before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be sent out same day to be received within two or three businesses days.
Fedex Next Day $20.00
Transcript(s) received before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be sent out the same day to be received by 7 pm the next day.
Order status and history will be available online.

Current students may access Transcripts on Demand through their myUMES portal page or the following link www.umes.edu/transcripts.
Other Students and Alumni:
Other students and alumni may access Transcripts on Demand through https://iwantmytranscript.com/umes.

Outstanding Financial Obligation:
University policy prohibits issuing transcripts to any student with outstanding financial obligations to the University. Questions regarding your student account should be directed to 410-651-6092.
FERPA and Privacy Information:
FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
