Dr. Joseph Arumala is a Professor in the Construction Management Technology Program. Professor Arumala is an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering who has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Clemson University. Dr. Arumala teaches courses in statics, strengths of materials, structural design, and surveying. |

Dr. Leon Copeland is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Technology. He has an Ed.D. in Occupational and Technical Education from Virginia Tech. Dr. Copeland has a wealth of experience in curriculum development and program administration. He has received grant funding from the National Science Foundation, The Federal Highway Administration, The State Highway Administration and the Maryland State Department of Education. Dr. Copeland teaches graduate and professional education courses. |

Dr. Kenny Fotouhi is Professor in the Electrical Engineering Technology program. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri. Dr. Fotouhi has been actively involved in a joint research project at the University of Maryland College Park developing new semi conductor materials. Dr. Fotouhi teaches courses in circuit analysis, advanced computer networks, logic and switching, and circuit design. |

Dr. Carlos Salgado is an Assistant Professor in the Construction Management Technology program. He has a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Maryland College Park, and a M.S. degree in Construction Engineering Ohio State University. Dr. Salgado teaches courses in quantity surveying, estimating planning and scheduling, construction contracts and specifications, project management, and microcomputer applications. |

Dr. Emin Yilmaz is Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Technology program. He has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan. Dr. Yilmaz has broad and comprehensive knowledge in various engineering and technical disciplines including computers and data acquisition. Dr. Yilmaz is a P.E. (Professional Engineer) and he teaches strength of materials, applied dynamics, design technology, and computer integrated manufacturing. |
