General Information
The
Association of Research Directors (ARD), Inc. invites you to attend the ESS/SAES/ARD Meeting and Workshop at the Hilton Nashville Downtown in Nashville, TN, Monday through Thursday, September 27th - September 30, 2010.
On Monday, September 27th, 2010, the regional meetings will begin at 3:00 P.M. followed by a reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 P.M. Dinner on the 29th, after a full day session, will be a cultural activity at a nearby restaurant. The workshop will conclude after breakfast on Thursday, September 30th which is planned to be the travel day.
Accommodations
The Meeting/Workshop will take place at the Hilton Nashville Downtown, 121 Fourth Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201. It is Nashville’s only AAA Four Diamond all-suite luxury hotel. Guests must make their reservations by calling 615-620-2150, Monday – Saturday, 8 A.M. – 6 P.M. (CST) and reserve using the code words

Reservations must be made by the deadline of
August 30, 2010 to receive the conference rate. To assist us in planning,
PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY. The rates are effective three (3) days prior to the Conference date of September 27th and three days after the conference concludes. Cancellation policy is 48-hours prior to arrival date of reservation so that you will not incur one night’s charge as a penalty.
Transportation
The hotel is located within 20 – 30 minutes of the Nashville International Airport. Taxis and airport shuttles are plentiful and reasonable. For example, currently the Grayline Airport Shuttle is $12 one way and $20 roundtrip to the hotel.
Area Attractions
There is much to do and see in Nashville. The hotel is adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. It is within walking distance of the famed entertainment district, restaurants, and shops. It is also home to the Grand Ole Opry House and other attractions (

Complete the on-line registration form no later than
Friday, August 20, 2010. The Registration Fee is $400. After August 20th, registration is $425. You will receive a confirmation email at the address specified on the registration form.

Guests
A guest may be included in your registration for an additional fee of $100.00. To register a guest, simply select the "yes" radio option within the
Include Guest Registration? section of the Registrant Information Form, and specify his/her first and last name. All meals, including dinner at the local restaurant, are included with guest registration.
Refunds
Refund requests must be received no later than
September 17th, 2010. You are allowed to substitute registered participants up to the day of the conference.
