HAWK EXPRESS Phone Service (HEPS) is a debit-based
system that requires an individual to place money into a
pre-paid account before making local or long distance calls.

Individuals will be
issued a Personal Authorization Code (PAC).

Individuals are
responsible for calls placed with your PAC number.
-
Individuals
should not share
their PAC number.

Individual's PAC
number will be activated while at UMES.
Dialing instructions :
1. Dial 9
2. Enter the number you wish to reach
3. Immediately enter the PAC
To check your balance :
1. Dial Ext. 8699
2. Enter your PAC number
CALLS ATTEMPTED WITH A BALANCE BELOW $5.00 WILL NOT
BE CONNECTED. INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUIRED TO
MAINTAIN A MINIMUM BALANCE OF $5.00.
