We are pleased to have you join the Department of Business, Management, and Accounting student community. We are a student-centered Department as exemplified by our Student Advisory Board which provides a mechanism for students to address the concerns, challenges, and opportunities facing the Department of Business, Management and Accounting. The leadership of the Student Advisory Board is composed of representatives of each of the other Business Department student organizations and acts as the primary vehicle for communicating student concerns to the faculty and Department Chair and Dean. The Student Advisory Board is also responsible for conducting an annual student climate survey during the spring semester of each year as well as an awards banquet. The Student Advisory Board is another example of the Department of Business, Management, and Accounting’s commitment to continuous improvement through and is constantly evaluating, reflecting upon, and improving its programs in order to improve the overall teaching and learning experience.
