M.P.A.1984. Texas Southern University. Master's of Public Administration. Areas of concentration included Personnel and Policy.
B.A. 1980. Spelman College. English.
Research Interests:
Interests are in the field of organization theory, behavior and culture, especially as involves police agencies. Conducted research on the transmittal of culture within police organizations.
Teaching Interests: Police and organizational culture, administrative sciences (organization/administrative theory and behavior), and the application of the constitution to everyday life.
