Ihekwoaba Onwudiwe, Ph.D. Ihekwoaba D. Onwudiwe received his Ph.D. from the School of Criminology at Florida State University. He is currently a tenured Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His research interests include terrorism and security, policing, theoretical criminology, African criminology, and race and crime.
