The function of the Office of International Programs are:

1.      Clearance of MOU's/Linkage Agreements;

2.      Clearance of international proposals

3.      Coordination of USAID-HBCU Research Programs, USDA/FAS/ICD Cooperative Agreements and cooperative agreements with other federal agencies;

4.      Coordination of Fulbright Scholar Programs;

5.      Coordination of all International Educational Exchanges (Faculty, Staff and Students);

6.      Liaison with Government and Donor agencies for International activities;

7.      Enforcement of compliance with standard provisions and conditions for project agreements with international components;

8.      Provision of technical assistance and secretarial support for developing international proposals; and

9.      Provision of logistical support (Visa's, Medivac Insurance, etc.) for international travel.
