Facilities
Welcome to the department of Physical Education/Exercise Science
at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). We are located
in the state of the art William P. Hytche Center. This Center is
comprised of 115,000 square feet of space with a spacious arena,
indoor track, racquetball courts, classrooms, exercise labs, weight
room, dance studio, and natatorium.
UMES has been designated the Second Most Beautiful Campus in America
by the Professional Grounds Management Society located in Baltimore,
Maryland.
