| The Herman
Franklin Paraprofessional Program is comprised of a unique group of students,
who work as Graduate Assistants, Student Directors, and Resident
Assistants in the residential housing communities. They are trained to
handle conflict management, peer supervision, building/area upkeep,
and emergency response.
All paraprofessionals maintain at
least 2.5GPA, must complete programs to promote togetherness in the
housing communities, and serve the UMES Campus by completing community
service hours. |
