Student Services Center

The Future is here! The Student Services Center is the heart of the UMES Campus. Its facilities and services contribute to the educational, cultural, recreational, social  environment and employment of the University Community.

The Student Services center was designed in 1995 to become a "one-stop-shop" for students needs. This state-of-the-art building can be open as a whole for the campus community or can be sectioned off to only allow only certain area to open. The building houses a variety of departments and services for our students. The Student Services Center and its staff are equipped to serve various groups and organizations in the community. Programs and activities are designed for the education, development and enjoyment of all students. Lectures, movies, cultural forums, theatre arts, leadership development workshops, meetings, intramural sports and recreations are just some of the many programs and activities sponsored in the center and across the campus.

Staff in the Office of Student Activities (OSA) are trained and experienced in conference operations and facilities management to help with your events or to answer questions about university facilities or services.

To reserve space or schedule an activity within the SSC, please contact staff at the information desk on the first floor of the Student Services Center.
