Exhibitor Fee - $100 - Includes (2) paid registrations, 1 exhibit space with table, name recognition in conference program.  Spaces are limited.

Registration Fee - $25 (Individual) or $40 (Couple)

Youth Registration - Free (with registered parent)

     Note:  For each child attending without accompanying parent, registration is $10. 

Registration includes:  Friday reception, continental breakfast, conference materials, lunch, and refreshments.
