Early Registration-- $500 per participant ends Friday, November 9, 2018
Regular Registration -- $525 ends February 24, 2019
Late Registration-- $575, February 25- March 24,2019
On-Site Registration -- $600
Spouse/Significant Other Registration: -- $100 per participant
Registration can be paid by purchase order, check or credit card. No refunds.

Exhibitors
Each 1890 campus is invited to display one university exhibit FREE. Additional exhibits and non-1890 exhibitors must pay the fee of $2,000 by February 8, 2019. All exhibitors, including the 1890s, must submit the Exhibit Registration Form by the deadline.

Special Sessions and Workshops
A number of slots have been reserved on Tuesday afternoon (April 2nd) for special sessions and workshops on selected topics deemed appropriate to the 1890 community, including academic, research, Extension and international programs. Please submit a one-page
abstract to Dr. Alton Thompson, ARD Executive Director, at atlhompson1@ncat.edu, on or before December 7, 2018. These abstracts must be sufficiently detailed to allow the Symposium
Steering Committee to judge the merits of the proposed session. A decision will be communicated to you by December 17, 2018.
