The Administrative Affairs Directorate is committed to providing quality service to our customers. This involves the monitoring of individuals receiving the service and individuals responsible for rendering the services. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. The level of customer service will be tracked through measurable objectives.
Consistent with the University’s mission, Administrative Affairs exists to enhance and support the institution’s learning, inquiry, and engagement goals. This division seeks to administer policies and procedures, plan and maintain plant facilities, manage the campus’ financial affairs, insure the safety and welfare of students, faculty, staff, visitors and facilities, maintain a campus physical environment that is conducive to both living and learning and improve and expand services offered to campus clientele. We strive to provide excellence in the delivery of information, knowledge, goods, and service to our customers. Our vision is to assist the University in the attainment of its mission, goals and objectives by continuing to enhance the directorate’s administrative services provided to students, faculty, staff management and other internal and external constituencies.
