Isaac Marcelin is a native of Haiti. Dr. Marcelin has a PhD in Finance from Southern Illinois University. He holds an MBA in finance from SIUC. He earned his undergraduate
degree from the University Notre Dame of Haiti. Following his undergraduate degree, he spent two years in law school. He is a member of Global Development Network (GDN) and Fulbright Scholar from 2005-2007.
