  • Q. I need to be added to a course as an Instructor, how do I do that?

    A. Ask your department chair to send an email to the registrars office to have you added to the course in HawkWeb. Within 24 hours after you have been added to the course in HawkWeb, you should automatically appear.

    Q. There is another instructor listed on my course in Blackboard who should not be there. How do I get them removed?

    A. This request should come from Department Chairs, not faculty. The instructor needs to be removed from the course in HawkWeb first. Once the Instructor has been removed from the course in HawkWeb, please open a helpdesk ticket to have them removed from the course in Blackboard.

    Q. If a student was dropped from my course in Blackboard but they should not have been dropped, how do I get them reinstated? 

    A. If you have confirmation that the student is on your roster in HawkWeb, they should automatically be reinstated in Blackboard within 24 hours. If the student is still not showing up after 24 hours, please open a helpdesk ticket.
