    Q. Why can’t I see all my students in my collaborate sessions?

    A. Collaborate has a limit of 5 microphones & 5 video cameras at one time. As we all continue to be online during this quarantine – Blackboard recommends only using the audio and video when the participant is speaking. This way there is less chance of bandwidth issues and participants losing their internet connection to the session.
