    UMES has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a division of Customers Bank, to disburse all student refunds. For more information about BankMobile, visit this link: http://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/

    Enrolled students will be receiving a bright green envelope with instructions on selecting a refund preference, even if the student is not expecting a refund. Once you select a refund preference, you must verify that your home address is correct in HawkWeb.  If not, please update.

    If a refund method isn't selected, BankMobile, a division of Customers Bank, will default to a refund check and it will be mailed to the home address on file in HawkWeb.

    If you didn't receive the bright green envelope with instructions and the personal code, please contact the Cashiers Office at 410-651-6092/93 or bursar@umes.edu
