    Bio:

    Dr. Hasan is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology in the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. He has experience teaching pharmacology to a variety of health care students including medical, physician assistant, dental, nursing and pharmacy.  He has been served as a consultant to the Ultramedica Pharmaceutical Company and has been a researcher in the Oncology Department at a children’s hospital in Syria.  He has been on faculty at multiple universities in Pharmacology Departments since 2003 and at UMES since February of 2015.  

    Dr. Hasan has co-authored several pharmacology textbooks for medical students.  He has given numerous poster and platform presentations on various pharmacology topics.  In addition, he has published over ten papers.
