Business Admin: General Concentration
elcome to the Business Administration - General Program. The business administration major is a general business major designed to maximize the student's flexibility. This program is ideal for the student who is interested in a major that surveys the field of business and complements a technical or non-business secondary concentration, as well as students who are looking for a general business degree to prepare for a specialist graduate degree

Career Opportunities

General Concentrations graduates receive the broad base of understanding in business. A degree in business administration will allow students to pursue career opportunities in a variety of areas within the field of business including marketing, general management and human resource management. The Business Administration program prepares graduates for a variety of career options. Some of these careers are: Management Analyst, Budget Analyst, Administrative Manager, Sales Manager, and Market Research Analyst. Many students will enter graduate school within a several years of graduation.

Professional Development Opportunities

Many professional development opportunities are available through membership in student organizations supported by the Department of Business, Management, and Accounting. We foresee many new opportunities as the program becomes integrated into the local and regional consciousness.
