  • Contributor to cybersecurity and AI research projects focused on threat detection and mitigation supported by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) S&T Directorate.
  • Contributor to Department of Energy-supported research on AI-assisted Design-of-Experiments applications in the energy sector.
  • Conducted research on threats to research literature–dependent Medical AI solutions, focusing on cybersecurity vulnerabilities and risks to healthcare AI systems.
  • Co-Investigator on the Central Texas African American Healthy Minds Project funded by the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health.

Hobbies and Personal Interests

Gardening, dancing, long walks, painting, cooking, and spending time in nature. Active community volunteer supporting university events, local Hospice, United Way (Meals on Wheels), COVID-19 vaccination sites, the YWCA, the Art Museum, Habitat for Humanity, and the Botanical Garden.
