    The Office of Human Resources Management has revised the employee appraisal form for evaluating Exempt and Non-Exempt employee performance, and is now available. The new document, called Talent Appraisal Form, replaces the previous Performance Management Process (PMP) Form. The newly revised Talent Appraisal Form must be used for all Exempt and Non-Exempt staff evaluations and can be accessed utilizing the links below.

    The Office of Human Resources has planned workshops to provide the campus with information on how to complete the form. Employees can view the workshop offerings at Eventbrite utilizing the following links:

    The appraisal period began April 1, 2019 and closes on March 31, 2020. The Talent Appraisal Form is the only form that will be accepted for staff evaluations. The forms must be typed utilizing Microsoft Word. No handwritten forms will be accepted.  All Exempt and Non-Exempt Talent Appraisal Forms for the stated review period will be due in the Office of Human Resources Management before June 1, 2020.
