School of Veterinary Medicine
The UMES School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Letter of Reasonable Assurance from the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education. UMES is not currently accepting applications for the DVM program. Receipt of a Letter of Reasonable Assurance would permit the School to begin the admissions process but would not confer accreditation. The inaugural class is planned to begin in summer 2027, pending the required COE action.
